FLY FISHING
FLY FISHING can be arranged on a number of superb chalk stream rivers within a short drive of the Inn, including the Test, Itchen, Dever, Meon, Hampshire Avon and Bourne. We also have access to a spring fed private estate lake - perfect for beginners and improvers alike - a super fish 'stalking' water. We cater for both the individual and groups, so whether just you and a friend, or a corporate day - we can provide a 'made to measure' day to suit, with full riverside catering or a wonderful Anchor Inn hamper.

WILD SPORT
In association with our friends at Outside Days we can offer a variety of field sports, including shooting and stalking, in fabulous surroundings. Days are carefully crafted to meet your individual tastes and requirements. The portfolio of sporting opportunities is personally selected and rigorously reviewed to ensure that every day is a memorable one.
HUNTING
The Anchor Inn supports and welcomes local huntsmen and horseman who wish to take refreshment at the Inn. We are happy to provide water for thirsty horses and ale for thirsty riders!
